Reading 06

Week 18(06)

I just finished doing reading task 06 and I got to say that this was one was very easy and it was just a breeze and I got this done way quicker than I have when it came to doing the other task that I have done I guess it's because we already had the themes and all of that already sorted so it wasn't as hard and difficult as I thought it was and I just flew through all the paragraphs that I had done I also did four paragraphs that are about the themes that I have done.

And the themes that I have done was how video game addiction started, how video game addiciton is a global issue and not just and issue in the western world, neglecting your real life because you always play so many video games, how many different methods they are to stop or decrease the amount of times you play video games.

    Hey David, I read the first few paragraphs of your theme but I can't read all of it because of the settings of your embeded word doc, video game addiction and game addiction on global scale are important topics so I'm sure you had a lot to write about. Good luck with the rest of the module

Project week 7

 prototype My game development was going pretty good until I accidentally deleted the file because I bought the file I was working on in a different folder and I deleted that folder with it, but it's ok I'm going to start again but I can talk about how the process was going for me the good and the bad. Week 5-Project

  Game vision statement  Game genre: The game genre that I will be choosing from a serious of options like shooters, action adventure and role playing games I was having a hard time in thinking what type of game I wanted because when ever I get told a project and we have all the power to make it anyone I want I get and have so many different ideas in my head it gets too much sometimes and I had to realise that I was only new to game development so all the complex and cool features that I wanted for my game would be very difficult so I went for one of the simpler routes and chose to make a plat-former game. Week 3-Feedback

 Feedback thoughts The two articles I read was a fixed mindset could be holding you back and Silence the critical voices in your head. When I was reading these two articles it did open my eyes on how I look at feedback I liked the section in a fixed mindset in the changing how you think section, where even though you know that you have a fixed mindset it's not a bad thing it's a good thing because now your more self aware of you and your surrounding and now you can change your fixed mindset into a growth mindset, but it's not going to be easy you don't just one day get up and boom you are now in a growth mindset, theres levels to it and it's going to take time maybe weeks, months or years it depends on the person.
